Return Policy:
We will work with you to address any issues related to Products, but will only be responsible for returns or refusal of Products if such Products (A) do not conform to the Product specifications published in the Services when ordered, or (B) have clear manufacturing defects not caused by incorrect submission of the image to the Services (i.e., missing pages in a calendar). In such instances, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly reproduce the affected Product. You must inform us of the issue within three (3) days of delivery of the allegedly defective Product and provide reasonable evidence of the defect.
We are not responsible for Products that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. We will work with you to address problems with shipping suppliers. For certain Orders, insured shipping options may be available upon checkout.
If your business is located in the US, the address you filled in under your general settings will automatically be used as a return address.
Order returned to the vendor:
When a package is returned, we will send you a notification to verify the shipping address before having it re-shipped to the customer.
If a package is returned for any of the reasons below, you would be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs:
An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided when placing the order
Unclaimed package (the shipping address is correct)
If you wish to change the address and send the package to a different address from the original address provided when ordering
Please note that if the order is submitted with an incorrect or an incomplete address and it gets lost in transit instead of returned to the manufacturer, we are not able to issue a replacement at no cost.
Reprint & Refund Policy:
We can offer reprints and refunds for your orders if there are order mistakes. If you are submitting a reprint or refund request, please be sure to include photo evidence of your product in your order. Depending on the circumstances of the mistake, the cost to cover the reprint or refund will be either from us or you. If an order is reprinted with upgraded shipping, we do not cover the cost of upgraded shipping. The cost of upgraded shipping will be covered by you. Please take a look to the scenarios when you can request a reprint/refund and who covers the cost:
It covers the Reprint/Refund cost:
If there is a manufacturing issue with your product in your order.
If the product in your order is broken or damaged in the mail.
If you receive the wrong product in your order.
The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address for the order doesn't need to be changed.
The order is lost in transit and the actual shipping time exceeds the general shipping timeframe for orders.
It doesn't cover the Reprint/Refund cost:
If you or you don't like the product printed accordingly to our manufacturer's standards.
If you or you selects the wrong option when ordering the product.
The order is lost in transit and the initial shipping address is incorrect and you need to change the address.
The tracking for your order shows delivered but you have not received the package.
Disputes Resolution:
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
