Promethean Magazine - Spring 2023 Journal Cover

The Spring 2023 Edition of Promethean Literary Magazine celebrates its 50th anniversary, showcasing a rich tradition of creativity and literary excellence from New York. As a student-led platform, it offers emerging writers a remarkable chance to publish their work alongside esteemed authors like Elaine Equi, Ernesto Quinonez, and Raymond Patterson. Guided by a dedicated student team, Promethean fosters a sense of community, highlighting diverse stories and poems from the City College family.

I'm deeply honored to have my illustration grace the cover of Promethean Literary Magazine's special edition. This opportunity to connect with and contribute to a community that values the diverse voices of students, faculty, and alumni is incredibly meaningful. Being part of this milestone 50th anniversary edition underscores the magazine's significant impact, and I am grateful to play a role in its enduring legacy.

In my collection: Form, Light & Space for Promethean, you can find artworks that explore light, space, and form, especially in the architectural sense. I extracted what I consider the main feature of a place or scenery and exploded it to accentuate a feeling while adding a nostalgic touch.
